To all the mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, and uncles who will shed tears for the lost lives at Virgina Technical College, my thoughts and prayers are with you. You are not alone there are people out there that care and are praying for you and your families comfort in the midst of the senseless tragedy. May the love of God and the peace that passes all understanding be with you now and in the coming days ahead as you deal with this minute by minute. My heart is so sorry for your loss for I am a mother myself and I grieve with all the other mothers out there that have been thrusted into this unbelievable nightmare. I wish I could put my arms around you and hug you and wipe away your tears but I can't so I send them your way in spirit and I will be working on this page to remember your children whose lives counted for much. The Bible says Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
I hope you can find some comfort in this Psalm from the word of God.
Psalm 23
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
God Bless you all!
